Europe’s tourism industry stands at a crossroads.
COVID-19 didn’t just empty hotel rooms and cancel flights—it scattered workforces, strained businesses, and left thousands of roles unfilled. Today, while the industry is bouncing back, there’s a different challenge: millions of jobs are open, but not enough skilled workers to fill them.
Meanwhile, workforce across Europe—unemployed individuals, career changers, refugees, and lifelong learners—are eager for new beginnings, but find it hard to find the right opportunities or training to match the industry’s evolving needs.
This is where RESKILL comes in.
Who We Are
RESKILL is a European initiative funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, dedicated to transforming how Europe trains, connects, and empowers its tourism workforce. We’re not just a training program—we’re building an ecosystem that bridges the gap between people seeking opportunity and an industry needing their talent.
